New Heavy Duty Counterline Manual Griddles are available!
Need a charbroiler but you don’t have a lot of counter space? Well, Southbend’s NEW 12” heavy duty charbroiler, model HDC-12, is for you!
The HDC-12 has (2) 20,000 BTU burners. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent control of flame.
Standard Features:
• (2) 20,000 BTU (NAT or LP) stainless steel
burners
• Stainless steel front and sides are standard,
rear and bottom panels are aluminized steel.
• Reinforced, insulated double wall sides
• Cast iron radiants
• 3/4” rear gas connection and pressure
regulator
• 5” high rear and side splash guards
• 4” Spatula width grease trough
• 2 position, reversible grates with wide or
narrow branding grates
• Stainless steel crumb tray
• One year limited Parts and Labor Warranty
• 4” stainless steel legs. Can be removed easily
for direct counter top mounting
